Terms of Use

Your account

• You must be 18 or over and give accurate details. Keep your password safe; you are responsible for what happens under your account.
• You must confirm your email address before your Pages can go live.
• One person, one account. Do not pretend to be someone else.

What you publish

• You own your content. You give VuPage permission to host, show, resize and promote it inside the service so it can work, for as long as it is on VuPage.
• You confirm you have the right to publish it, including photos and videos, and that it is accurate and not misleading.
• New Pages may be reviewed before they go live. We may ask for changes, decline, or remove a Page that breaks these terms.

Acceptable use

Our content guidelines explain this in more detail. Do not use VuPage to:

• post anything illegal, fraudulent, hateful, threatening, sexually explicit or that infringes someone’s rights;
• send spam, or contact people who have asked you to stop (members can block and mute you);
• collect other people’s information, or try to break, overload or get around the service’s protections;
• impersonate a person or business, or claim verification you do not have.

Messages, interests and Looking For

VuPage helps people connect; it is not a party to anything you arrange with someone else. Check who you are dealing with. Verified badges show that we checked a specific thing, not that we vouch for a person’s conduct.

Memberships and payments

• Some features need a paid membership. Prices, trial length and limits are shown before you pay.
• Paid memberships renew until you cancel. Cancelling stops the next renewal; you keep access until the period you paid for ends.
• Payments are handled by our payment providers. Taxes may apply.

Ending things

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Privacy and data. We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms or put others at risk. Reports are reviewed by our team and we may act on them.

The service as it is

We work hard to keep VuPage running and accurate, but we provide it “as is”, without promises that it will always be available or error-free. To the extent the law allows, VuPage is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for content and conduct of other members. Nothing here limits rights you have by law that cannot be limited.

Who we are, changes and contact

VuPage is operated by Risva Industries Pvt Ltd. We may update these terms; if the change matters we will tell you before it applies.
